Learn To Live is an online therapy program that offers you education and skills on how to manage symptoms of social anxiety, depression, insomnia, or stress and anxiety from the privacy of your home. If needed, you can request feedback from trained mental health staff.
The program consists of:
- Interactive learning modules based on cognitive behavioral therapy
- Informational videos
- Skills on how to manage symptoms of stress and anxiety, depression, social anxiety, and insomnia.
- Option for online support and feedback from a trained supporter
