Coping, Supporting, and Healing in the Face of Anti-Asian Discrimination
Thursdays, 3-4 pm
With the rise of xenophobia and racism targeting Asian and Asian American communities, the need for coping and support spaces for Asian and Asian American students at the U of MN is especially important.  Experiencing discrimination can cause emotional and physical harm, and adds to the stress already present in navigating academic and family roles in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.  Consider joining our space to check-in, learn ways to cope, engage in self- and community-care, and find ways to feel empowered.  To register, please complete this sign-up form.
