Internships and Practicums for Graduate Students in Psychology

For more than 50 years, Student Counseling Services (SCS) at the University of Minnesota has provided training for some of the foremost practitioners and academicians in counseling and clinical psychology. A formal practicum program started in 1947 and a formal internship program began in 1967. Since 1972 we have been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Psychological Association. Practicum

This is a beginning level counseling practicum available to psychology graduate students. Students whose practicum must meet LPC requirements can be accommodated.
